We value the feedback from our guests and routinely review the content on TripAdvisor.com. Recently, TripAdvisor has posted a message stating that they have reason to believe that our hotel has posted false or “planted” reviews. We understand and value the measures that are in place to track and filter misleading or fake reviews and assume that this is partially done by tracking IP addresses of its users.

We regularly encourage our guests to review the hotel during their stay. This can easily be done from our 24/7 Business Center. We believe TripAdvisor is receiving multiple reviews from the same on property computers and IP addresses and we believe this is the reason TripAdvisor has placed this message on their site.
